Pinillos

1 · Parish church of La Asunción

Above the village, in the most airy and colourful environment, the temple rises. The floors that served to clean the cereals after the threshing, taking advantage of the prevailing winds were located around it.
The temple is a single-floor building, with two sections and a head, built in the XVI century. Its main altarpiece contains a sculpture of the apostles and scenes from the life of Christ, all of great value and of the same time of the construction of the temple. In another altarpiece there are also interesting paintings in wood.
Attached to the parish church is the village cemetery.
