The mountain area of La Rioja has abundant archaeological sites of dinosaur tracks. The ones in the Cidacos Basin are probably the better known, but we find traces of these huge animals in both Cameros.
There are three small sites in Villoslada and the most remarkable and accessible one is at the exit of the urban area heading towards the Lomos de Orios Chapel. They are dinosaur footprints of the Upper Cretaceous. The site is signposted.
From the village to the Chapel of Saint Pedro, we can find other traces, as well as in the upper side of the place, in the ravine of Maguillo.
