11 · The fish farm

The Iregua is a reference trout river in La Rioja and Viguera has a fish farm that is dedicated to producing it. There are delimited sections for fishing in Pajares, Lumbreras, Villoslada, Villanueva and Viguera, where fishermen can practice this sport, also in the catch-and–release discipline.
The Iregua, along with the Najerilla River, are the two best places for trout fishing in our community.
