On Sagasta Street, in front of the Town Hall, this narrow house deserves to be visited for its unique features. It is a work of the plasterer José Solé Carbonell, who had an important stucco and decoration workshop in Logroño and who, for his fondness for Torrecilla, restored this multi-storey house with an exterior decoration that, in some cases, has Gaudinian reminiscences of the French Art Nouveau decorators.
