This temple devoted to Nª Sª de la Expectación (XVI century) stands at the top of the neighbourhood of Campillo and is known as “Chapel of Saint Antón”, as the festivity dedicated to the Patron of animals is celebrated here. It houses a polychrome altarpiece of the XVIII century and a baptismal font with medieval roots.
The Monument to the Corazón de Jesús (Jesus’ Heart, 1952), one of the most unique places in Torrecilla, is in front of the chapel. Commonly known as El Santo (The Saint) it is an unbeatable viewpoint over the town and the middle valley of the Iregua.
