11 · The goat cheese


The cheese tradition of the Sierra continues in Ortigosa, with artisan facilities that produce fresh, semi-cured and spreadable cheese. It is a sustainable workshop that uses renewable energy and which wants to maintain the spirit of the production of goat cheese, as families made it in this region, but assuring all the requirements of a current food company. Roca de Cabra is the only cheese factory in Cameros Nuevo (New Cameros) and matches its title of “sustainable”.
