En uno de sus valles recorrido por el río Iregua, está el Camero Nuevo, tierra de bosques, pastizales, cumbres y pequeños valles, donde se sitúan 13 pueblos con historia, tradiciones y leyendas, que siglos atrás se agruparon bajo la denominación de Hermandad de las 13 Villas.

6 · Palace of the Counts of Superunda
One of the most interesting civil buildings is the house of the Manso de Velasco family, located in the neighbourhood of Saint Martin. It is a construction of the XVIII century, time in which one of its members, José Antonio Manso de Velasco, came to be appointed Count of Superunda and Viceroy of Peru. It was built from ashlar, with beautiful balconies, chapel and good views from the back.
Another building of interest, also belonging to the Manso de Velasco, is the one known as ‘the Palace’, built in the XVIII century, with a corner coat of arms.
